THE POINTS SYSTEM

During any one race during the seasons, the maximum  number of points that can be earned are five (5).  Each driver that participates in a single race receives 1 Entry Point (EP) regardless of the vehicles finishing position. Additionally, each driver that leads one lap is awarded 1 Lap Leader Point (LL). Conversely, the driver that lead the most laps at the end of a specific races, and regardless of number of laps he lead,  is also awarded 1 Most Laps Lead Point (ML). Finally, the driver that wins the race is awarded 2 Victory Points (Wins). The maximum number of points that can be awarded to any driver in a single race are five (5) points. At the end of the season, he driver that has cumulatively earned the most points, as indicated above, will be awarded the seasonal MASCAR Seasonal Championship Trophy. 

2012 MASCAR RACING SEASON

It has been indicated that there will be a 2012 racing season, with the first race planned for the month of February. More information on the next season schedule and other important information will be posted on this page. Persons desiring to participate should start planning on the car they desire to drive if they have a particular preference.  Sponsors already are indicated for the 2012 Season are listed below.
